Free Shipping & Handling :

Sometimes it looks like you are getting a good deal until you get to the shipping costs. That's why we inclue our shipping and handling cost in each items price. We are proud that we have no extra charges so you can see your total cost before you place your order.

All items are sent in a mailing box with paper wrap or a padded envelope to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

GIFTS: 

If you wish your purchase to be shipped as a gift, please indicate this on the order form. A small card with a personal message can be sent with the package. Please indicate your message in the Detail Section of the order form. Items shipped to more than one location are subject to multiple shipping costs.

- We use the US Post Office (USPS) which charges by the weight of each package.

- We ship out orders on weekdays only.

 - For all orders there is free shipping. However, the extra USPS options you request will be added to your total. 

Your Mailing Service will be:

PRIORITY MAIL  with  Delivery Confirmation.

This provides proof of  time of mailing and the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery.

We feel this is the cheapest way to provide evidence to Albany's Mystic Circle Web site and  you the customer that your order was sent and delivered to your provided address.  

Extra USPS options you can request are: (note the cost of these options will be added to your order)

  1. Certificate of Mailing - Costs $ .95 - Provides evidence of mailing.
  2. Certified Mail - Costs $2.40 - Provides proof of mailing at time of mailing and the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery.
  3. Insured Mail - Starts at $1.35 - Provides coverage against loss or damage up to $5,000. Fee based on value of item. 
  4. Registered Mail - Starts at $7.90 - Provides maximum security. Includes proof of mailing at time of mailing and the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery. It is the most secure service the Postal Service offers.

We will gladly ship your order anywhere that accepts deliveries from the United States. Any prices listed below are in addition to our regular shipping charges. We offer only Non-Guaranteed shipping.

Non-Guaranteed means your package is shipped with no insurance and no tracking. By choosing this method you agree that if your package becomes lost or damaged while in transit, Albany's Mystic Circle accepts no responsibility and no liability for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Up to 1 pound (0.5kg) = $ 6.95

1 pound - 2 pounds = $12.95

2 pound - 3 pounds = $18.95

Please add $6.00 per additional 0.5kg or 1 pound

International orders will be shipped to the credit card billing address only. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
