Redeeming Gift Certificates:

When you enter the Gift Certificate's GF# code, the certificate is automatically redeemed onto your account, and this information is logged into our database, even if you don't place an order at that time. After you have entered the GF# code once, you do not need to enter it again--even if you back up and change other information in the course of placing your order.

If you receive an error message that the Gift Certificate GF# code has been redeemed, and the funds are not being applied to your order, please contact Albany's Mystic Circle Web site and we will update your account accordingly.

Terms and Conditions :

1. The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates and GF passcodes.
2. When sending e-mail gift certificates, please be aware that some e-mail programs may block or even delete e-mail messages which originate from an address not specified by the recipient as an accepted address. If you are concerned that your recipient may have e-mail filters turned on, you may want to send or reissue the gift certificate to your own e-mail address and then forward it to them or print it out to give to them.
3. Gift certificates MUST have a valid GF# number when redeemed for the purchase of products at Albany's Mystic Circle Web site. No exceptions will be made.
4. Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Albany's Mystic Circle Web site, toward the purchase of products listed in our online catalog.
5. Gift certificates may NOT be redeemed for the purchase of products from third-party sellers through the in store locations.
6. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.
7. Gift certificates can not be used to purchase Gift certificates.
8. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. 
9. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a money order, US check or Paypal Account.
10. Albany's Mystic Circle Web site will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either redeemed through the Albany's Mystic Circle Web site.
11. Albany's Mystic Circle Web site may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.
12. By visiting Albany's Mystic Circle Web site, you agree that the laws of the state of New York, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these gift certificate terms and conditions.
13. Any dispute relating in any way to Albany's Mystic Circle Web site gift certificates shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Albany, New York, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Albany's Mystic Circle Web site intellectual property rights, Albany's Mystic Circle Web site may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of New York and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
    Albany's Mystic Circle Web site reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.
