Adding to, Changing or Canceling:We will gladly add to, change or cancel a existing order with out a service fee. However a order can not be canceled once it is shipped out. You will have to mail it back to us at your expense. For the quickest service please call us. Substitutions & Back-orders:- All bookthongs are one of a kind. If the one requested is no longer in stock, we will send a substitute with the same charm and (as close to as possible) the same beads.
- If an item (except bookthongs) is out of stock, we will NOT send a substitute item. That item will go on back-order and we will contact you with the estimated shipment date.
