Payment Information : 

Small Orders Fee for orders under $10.00:
You can place an order for any amount, however a $5 Small Order Fee may be added to orders with a subtotal under $10.00.

Albany's Mystic Circle is currently accepting the following methods of payment:  

  1. Gift Certificates   - From Albany's Mystic Circle Web site .
  2. Personal Checks  - Must be denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
  3. Money Orders     - Must be denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
  4. Cashier Checks   - Must be denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
  5. PayPal Payments - We use PayPal which is backed by eBay.com and is fully secure in its transactions. Albany's Mystic Circle Web site has chosen the PayPal system due to its high quality service, security, and reliability. PayPal lets you make purchases with credit cards, bank transfers and debit cards. Even without a PayPal account!

 

NOTE: All money orders and personal checks must be received within 7 days of your purchase otherwise your order will be cancelled.

International Purchases: Sorry, we do not currently accept direct international payments. However PayPal does ...

Payments by Personal Checks, Money Orders and Cashier Checks:
  1. Must be denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank
  2. Items that are in stock will be held and prepared for shipment immediately after we receive your Personal Check, Money Order or Cashier Check.
  3. Order will NOT be mailed out until your Personal Check, Money Order or Cashier Check clears. 
  4. If your e-mail was provided, we will send you an e-mail notification on the day that your payment is recieved and the day your order is shipped out.
  5. Albany's Mystic Circle Web site uses the Telecheck check verification service. Returned checks will be referred to Telecheck for collection and will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.

Payment by Paypal: 

  1. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped out immediatly.
  2. If your e-mail was provided, we will send you an e-mail notification on the day your order is shipped out.

ORDERING BY MAIL :

  1. Please print out and use Albanys Mystic Circle Web site Order Form.
  2. Make sure to fill it out completely and use dark ink. 
  3. Note: Becareful to fill it out legibly in block letters that we can read.
  4. Note: Please include your e-mail address for payment and shipment notifications.
  5. Make payment out to : Darlene Carroll
  6. Include Order Form and payment in envelope.
  7. Mail to: Albany's Mystic Circle.
