We want you to be happy with your order so please read our return policy carefully.

You must mail return our handmade item with a authorization code.
Return of Payments:If you paid by PayPal, we will apply the credit to PayPal account you used. If you paid by Money Order or Personal/Business Checks, we will send you a Post Office Money Order. Refund when packaged is receved.
Holiday Returns:
- Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our returns period for the holidays.
- Items shipped between November 24th and December 31st (of the same year), may be returned until January 31st (of the following year) for a refund, credit or exchange.
- Holiday Returns ARE subject to our other return polices.
Damage or Defective Returns:

- Albany's Mystic Circle Web site is NOT liable for any accidents that may occur through use and misuse of our handcrafted items. Please review our 'Misuse' Notes on our site.
- Albany's Mystic Circle Web site is NOT liable for any accidents that may occur through the incorrect care, cleaning, storage of our handcrafted items. Please review our 'Care&Handling' Notes on our site.
- If Albany's Mystic Circle Web site agrees the cause of damage is our responablty our handcrafted items, including Shipping and Handling, may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange.

Other Returns:
- We only issue refunds on unused items in new condition.
- For health reasons, all earring purchases are final and non-returnable.
- All Clearance Items are final sales and non-returnable.
- Non-custom items (excluding earrings) may be returned for refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt of package.
- Items MUST be returned INSURED in their original condition and a return authorization is REQUIRED. Items will not be accepted without an authorization code.
- Terms of custom order returns will be discussed during the ordering process and are not subject to the above terms.
- Shipping fees and any transaction fees are non-refundable.
- On exchange items, the appropriate shipping charges apply and payment will be made by the customer.
- Please note ALL customer shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
